Onde is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. The registered name, tax ID (NIT), address and contact email for data matters will be confirmed in the final version of this policy.

In the meantime, you can exercise your rights by writing to Onde's contact email.

When you ask Onde to handle your event, we collect the name and contact method you give us (WhatsApp or email), the message you write, and your event context (occasion and city).

We may also collect site and browser usage data for analytics, when analytics is enabled. Your event description is processed to generate your board and your plan.

To contact you about your event and offer curated venue and vendor options, to provide and improve the service, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal data. We may rely on technology providers (for example hosting, content generation and analytics) that process it on our behalf and under confidentiality.

By submitting the contact form you agree that Onde may process your data for the purposes described here. You can revoke that authorization at any time, except where a legal or contractual duty to retain the data applies.

As the data subject you have the right to know, update and rectify your data; to request proof of authorization; to be informed of how it is used; to file complaints with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; to access your data free of charge; and to delete it or revoke authorization when no retention duty applies.

To exercise any of these rights, write to Onde's contact email with your request. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
